The sooner that you realize that they are no longer actively working on your case, get that charge disputed and discharge/fire them as yourcounsel.

This man has chosen to represent our District Attorney, and in doing so has threatened litigation against individuals attempting to exercise their constitutional right to free speech. I recommend seeking an attorney that is more ethical.
