Jim is an amazing attorney. I had been divorced for two years, and my ex husband had not been paying me the amount of child support and alimony that was originally ordered. I hired James to represent us in a chancery case. Little did I know he has been suspended from the bar on a similar case as ours. He and his secretary lied to a judge that our signatures were in documents with the proper attachments. He lied about our signatures being on filing which were not there. Have known James for many years. He is the attorney with my mom's guardianship. . I would NEVER USE HIM. THE GUARDIAN DOESNT NOT GIVE US (siblings)ANY UDATES ON HEALTH FINANCIAL ETC. THEIR answer is they are working for the guardian. In the meantime parent could be decrease and we wouldn't know. SO VERY SAD. He has been banned from practicing lawyer before. And his secretary Candi Is awful to deal with.
