Worst lawyer EVER! Lacks preparation for a trial. Does not follow through on requests. Very poor representation in an auto accident injury. My son is not able to fulfill his career dreams of going into the Air Force due an auto accident that resulted in knee damage thus taking him out of the AFROTC program and ending his career goals. Mr Hess did not prepare for the case anywhere near what the defense attorney did. He did not get into the details and missed several medical bills which we had asked him to get copies before even presenting the case. Shows that a piece of paper showing your have a law degree does NOT make them a good lawyer!
