We worked with Jim to create trust documents (trust, will, POAs) and can't say enough about how great he was. My wife and I have a mixed family and certain specific requirements about who would/would not have access to certain assets, so we had a rather complex case. Jim was great in explaining the entire process to us, understanding our personal needs and recommending options based on these, and creating very detailed documents that left no stone unturned. He is tremendously competent, knowledgeable, and personable and a pleasure to work with. He always went the extra mile and was very fair with his fees. Him having a CPA is also a plus given the many difficult accounting and tax issues at work. I cannot recommend Jim highly enough.
