However, he almost never answered the phone or returned calls, only communicated in miss-spelled, emails without grammar or punctuation, and was unwilling to give advice or help throughout the process. My purchase did have some setbacks that caused it to take a while, but you have a lawyer for these exact scenarios, and he was not very professional or helpful when I needed him.
