Rudest squeaky voice girl ever answered the phone. Tried not to judge her for her horrible phone voice, but then she was rude, presumptuous and unhelpful. Don’t expect compassion from the staff at this place. And they might assume you’re poor and can’t pay for some reason... keep scrolling... there’s a better choice than this place. EDIT: per your response, “oh well” is a good summary of your customer service skills obviously... I wouldn’t admit to it either. What a joke. Glad I could pay someone else who didn’t automatically assume I couldn’t. I don’t randomly leave bad reviews for fun. Nice try.

I have worked with many attorneys during my career, and Mark Henry was by far the best I have ever experienced! First, his responsiveness and communication were amazing. Second, his knowledge of the law, creative thinking, and negotiating skills were quite impressive. Mark continually drove the process forward and he took on a highly unethical insurance company that used every trick in the book to avoid paying a $90k medical claim. Mark deftly maneuvered all parties to a successful conclusion and resolved a very stressful problem. Mark earned my complete trust, confidence, and respect - a rare thing when it comes to attorneys.
