My daughter and I had an accident in December last year, I have not had a good experience with them, the attorney talks to me like he is really doing me a favor and referring to the legal system like ' in this country this is what happens ' because am an immigrant then I have to treated like am not knowledgeable. I call Erica the assistant to make follow ups and she never returns my calls....I have not been treated with respect and the courtesy that they so preached about....Had I known I could have made my own research and contacted other law firms....I would never recommend this firm to any of my friends or family members....am to the point where they can just stop representing me and I will handover to other firms that will respect me and offer a better service....
