The receptionist, and her paralegals are very condescending and rude. Also, they’re not thorough in their work. There was certain things about a case that we were unaware of, and certain things we started to do wrong due to them half way reading through previous actions & judgments of the case. Luckily we have found new counsel that is very informative and more prepared to guide us in the right direction, while being effective moving forward. Would not recommend. Also, i feel as if i was racially profiled, it seems as if they were expecting me to not be as articulate and thorough as i am. The last straw was when they removed all details of the case, invoices of payments and more from my viewing and tried to make my husband create his own because “there were things solely for him and him only” as if me and my husband were not legally one entity. Also, when he told them out of his own mouth he would like for things of that nature to be sent to me to go over, there’s nothing in the case that needed to be said to him and him only. One example of the condescending response from her paralegal. All she had to do was let me know the refund was processed today. Instead, she had to reiterate previous messages not once, but twice. Why be so rude?

Donna is an amazing attorney and an absolute credit to her profession. She is diligent, no nonsense, and KNOWS the law. She applies it accordingly with professionalism and unmatched competence. 5 stars aren’t enough.

I found the law offices of Donna Jameson when’s searching for representation for a divorce and custody case. Not only did I get a knowledgeable and thorough lawyer, but I also received vast amounts of compassion and understanding from her and her team. From case intake, court prep, hearings, and everywhere in between I had all the answers and guidance I needed. Donna and her team charge fair and reasonable prices. Even though throughout the whole process I felt like I received far superior service than what I was paying for. Do not hesitate if you need representation. Donna isn't just any attorney, she also is a wonderful person. I am a former client of hers. She helped our family get everything done to protect my first son. My Fiance adopted my first child and she made the process as less stressful and as easy as it could have been. Donna always returned my emails time efficiently. She would even call me at times with updates on the case. With everything she did for our family I can't thank her enough! She knows what she is doing and gets it done, also she prices very well. Ps... I would reccomend her to anyone and have already!
