You guys make it seem like people don’t struggle. Everyone does , yet because we do you guys feel y’all have the right to treat us as trash. The woman on the phone today yelled at me for no reason at all. I was just calling for more understanding on my account then she starts yelling and I’m like I’m not about to do this bc we both can go there. She gone say have a nice day and hang up. I wasn’t even able to ask the questions I needed to. I really hope you see this! Now I am African American myself and I told them given half the people that answer the phone are black, you guys make a bad name for black folks and see why people don’t want to deal with you. That was unprofessional and you were unable to control your attitude. I can see if I was giving you attitude but that wasn’t the case. You got mad because I was mentioning you for setting up the arrangement in the first place. You lucky you were just able to hang up the phone in my face. I wish I remembered your name but you are definitely reported ; the joy of having the called monitored and recorded. & if you ever answer my call again I will be requesting someone else. I don’t do RUDE! You shouldn’t be working there . & don’t comment on my stuff talking about feed back helps y’all improve because why are there other comments like this. Y’all not improving nothing! Just letting them speak to folk like that. Maybe y’all need a new training approach.

Received letters regarding credit card debt. I've been off work due to health issues all year, and am not currently bringing in any income. Immediately submitted a hardship request and received a letter not long after informing me that my account is in temporary hardship status until March, which is a huge relief and a huge weight off my shoulders. Allows me time to recover without worrying too much, which is very much appreciated.

Marquess is a clown. Female attitude as soon as he answers and bc u ask for his name when you didn’t hear it, he acts like a complete female. On the streets u talk to someone the way u talk u get checked. Hide behind that law office clown to make u feel big . ( no threat)

I overpaid my dept still was garnished, waited for refund received only 19 dollars when 250 was overpaid no letter giving me a break down about payments or letter that debt is paid in full. Where is the rest of my money?

I have never been spoken to by anyone the way I was just spoken to by one of your call representatives. I’m trying to figure this out, but now I can’t call because they’ve got my number blocked and I can’t even leave a message. See you in court. I’ve got a paper trail a mile long proving I’ve done what needed to be done.
