Avoid this firm. They did an incompetent job and charged me 4 times what I was told it would cost. Then they took 1 year to provide an accounting and "refund." Yes, the firm charged me $425 to write a 1-page letter to my tenant. They took 10 days to send the letter, which made it useless. If you want to pay $425 for a letter, including $32 for a phone call, which I made to point out a mistake in the letter draft, please be my guest.
