Absolutely useless. None of their attorneys even attempted to reached out to me when I reported a well documented case of neglect and abuse to them by way of APS (adult protective services). I had left multiple voice messages and even visited their Queens office. I believe they operate as a not-for-profit to receive generous funding from the city, yet offer no actual service. The NYState attorney general should investigate them.
