Do not believe the hype of these positive comments. He will rob you if not mindful! I PAID Mr. SMITH 2900 for him to show up to court once. Be prepared to obtain your own documents and have a bunch of ignored phone calls/E-mails, that he will charge you for with out disclosing it in the beginning. He appeared in court once and has charged me for a court date he does not plan to attend. He is rude and obnoxious and will revert to threats (especially being a woman) passive name calling (see GA locations response)if you ever point out how he is violating you as a client. He has threatened to release personal information via email for speaking the truth which violates client privileges, unless I remove my reviews. I WON'T ALLOW HIM TO SWINDDLE ANYMORE DESPERATE PPL! I WAS A CLIENT AND DID NOT ASK HIM TO DO ANYTHING UNETHICAL. I ASKED HIM TO DO WHAT HE WAS PAID FOR AND WHAT WAS PROMISED .

Mr. Smith has been very patient with my many questions and has always answered them quickly. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and will be using Mr. Smith when I am ready to work on my Will.
