Earlier this year, I worked with Tom Shlosman on a lawsuit that involved a collision between two tractor-trailers on a snowy interstate highway in Nebraska. A key development in the case was when Mr. Shlosman found a website that included several revealing photos of one of the vehicles taken while it was being salvaged.
