I don't know these people but I had to call their office and they have one in England. Apparently someone is using a particular person's name that is British that works for their company to try to scam people. They very graciously called me back from London and told me it was not from them to be wary it was a scam. Apparently they've had several of these phone calls. So anyone who gets an email from them make sure you check it out because they are giving a person's name that actually does work there. But they are not the one sending it. It looks very legit, beware my friends.
