I was in an motorcycle accident where I was not at fault. The medical bills started to pile up. I was referred to Jay Block by a friend of my father. They were so helpful with everything! They drove an hour and a half to come to my home and meet with me so that I could be comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my choice. They fought for me and made sure I got what was deserved.

Terrible customer service! Wife & I had an appointment which we were 10 min early. We were seated in a room and right around our appt time Mr block walks by and into another room. Didn't even acknowledge our presence. Waited for 30min and nothing. Asked the woman at the front desk if we were still meeting with Mr block. She knocked on the door of the room he was in and we heard him say, very snippidly I must add, "I'm doing the best I can". After which she says " he's finishing up and will be with you in a few minutes". Never once did he acknowledge our presence. Never once did he apologize for running late or ask us if we were ok waiting. We would have gladly waited if we would have received some recognition and respect for our time and business. We will take our business elsewhere.
