This judge is past his prime, if he ever had one, just an assertive angry old man. No patience, all snap judments. Never even saw him in court, but he irked me the 2 times I encountered him sitting in the administrive area. Maybe he will find his place in a nursing home judging bingo, and ruining the game for everyone else!

Definitely did not allow us to have our fair day in court, nor did he look at any of the supporting documentation we provided prior to our court date. Our case should never have been done via zoom (too many witnesses and supporting documents), but they would not allow an in-person hearing even in June. We were limited to 20 minutes to present our case and had to limit the amount of witnesses. He allowed the other side to show pictures to him during the hearing that we were not even allow to see, to prove the validity. If you want your fair day in court, good luck here.

We appear in court 2 times and the honorable “judge” Friedenberg dismisses our case; we subsequently receive a notice from his office stating that we DID NOT appear and we were found guilty of the bogus citation, written up by “Officer” Morgan Caltabiano (who didn’t appear twice). The judge made a mistake! We think he can amend his error and move on. Wrong! NOW we have to drive to Norristown Courthouse and appeal, having to pay a non-refundable fee of $65. Never thought I would be saying this: The incompetence is mind blowing and scary!!!

So unprofessional! Sent case forward with no evidence and when asked about my child he became angry and threatened to lock me up not based on law but ego. Should be retired and not be allowed to sit in judgement of people especially people he doesn’t represent or treat equally. Really nothing short of a clown in a robe sitting supposedly above us it’s a shame he a judge
