***Attorney Piercy got my case DISMISSED*** She is experienced, knowledgeable, and has a great reputation within Brazoria County and not only does she offer free consultations but she worked with me during these trying times by allowing payment plans. Although I don't plan on committing any other criminal offenses, if I should ever need a defense attorney again, I would definitely hire her again!
Jayd A. Piercy took my $4,000 and we went to court to get something off my record,which should have been in effect within a few weeks, and here I am, a year later, with this thing still showing up on my record, making it difficult to get a job. Her secretary says Jayd can call me back, yet she never does, and she is never available to talk to me about it. Jayd is also never in her office when I drive by. I am very upset that a lawyer basically took my money to "get something off my record", and it is still showing up on my record and all over the internet. She also did the same thing to a friend of mine. She is a terrible lawyer, who will not keep in contact with you once you pay her!!!!
We went to Piercy by another lawyer referall how mistaken we where to just go by that. When we first meet she sold a good story how we should not worry that we would have a great team on our side a bunch of Bull. Not only did she not come threw with what she promised but charged a heafty price and once she got her money for get about keeping in touch with you she can care less. The only thing I can do know is warn other cliendts looking for good service you wont get it from her. She took our case for easy money and did not give a @#* for her clients.
Jayd is a great Attorney, she did a fantastic job in handling my case and I will definitely recommend her to anyone. She is best Attorney in Brazoria county, the follow up is just amazing.
Jayd Piercy foold me! I payed her almost $4,000 dollars to expunge my record and she was a horrible attorney! I do not recommend her. I'm upset how she foold me with that and once she gets her money she forgets about keeping in touch with you she can care less about you. Terrible!! Ya'll probably think oh these comments are bs daaadadadahh.. no she rips you off and just takes your change and bye! I pass by her office all the time and she's never available even her secretary remembers MY CASE!! and agrees with me!! This happen 2011!!! and it's 2013!! so upsetting!! deserves NO STARSS,!!! Thank you!
