I am extremely disappointed in the responsiveness of John Walls. We hired him to create documents for my wife and I (wills, living wills, health care paperwork, etc). He got his money immediately through our insurance, and ever since then, he has been extremely unresponsive and simply will not return calls or emails - we've been trying for MONTHS, and are approaching 15+ calls and emails that haven't been returned. If you hire him, you better be sure you are his priority, because if you aren't, he simply doesn't care. Extremely unprofessional. Would never use him again or recommend him to anyone.
