Ivonne Fernandez is an unprofessional, rude, dismissive, contradicting and argumentative individual who should not be assisting families with Wills and Testaments. Let alone charges full price for her typos and clarification of legal terminology of 2 articles we wanted clarified; the legal document was not rewritten. This is a very important and sensitive matter dealing with someone’s passing and honoring their wishes; it should not be brushed off because she did not want to do her job as a professional. I would not recommend anyone of her services. After she charged and took an excessive fee to correct and clarify 2 articles, she stated afterwards she no longer wanted to represent my family member. Her character is disgusting and how she handles her clients at this business is saddening. Check other reviewers post mentioning the same experience. I am happy to say for my family and I will never RETURN or USE her services again!

This company is very unprofessional, rude and unethical. I hope Ivonne Fernandez is investigated from the Lawyer Disciplinary Agency. This company is a fraud and I couldn't agree more with the victims in the review comments, letting the people know their honest experience with Ms.Fernandez. Not one person that stared this company higher than a one, wrote an actual review regarding their experience. It's disgusting the way this company takes advantage of people and it is exceedingly unprofessional. I highly recommend for any person to thoroughly do your research before giving your money to strangers.

My ex's lawyer was a very bad person, she treated me very badly, she looks at you with hatred, she speaks bad English, she uses a strategy of talking to another lawyer in this case mine for his compenience, they turned out to be friends, Aldo Ojeda who lost my money He didn't defend me, for me the worst in Tampa FL, he doesn't even deserve a Star

Bad service, poorly educated, bad information, defends the opposing party, disorganized, traps, works to get paid, not to help, I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy. I don't even give it half a star.
