We had them do our family trust. It's time for updates. We were told it included lifetime updates. They never return our calls, they said they mailed the updates, they've never sent us the updated trust. We called back 4 times to confirm what address they mailed it to. They will not answer our call or confirm the address it was sent to. One time they said it's because they are out of paper. I told them we can print it if they email it to me. They still did not send it. We've only asked for updates one time and they've never sent them. Now they don't answer our call at all. They appear to be good but when it comes to upholding promises I've not been too impressed.

Jefferson did our family trust and we are pleased with his work, that said he has had no contact with us for 5 years and seems to have disappeared, doesn't make me feel very good about his practice.

Did our trust with the same lifetime update promise. The reason no one can find him is because he was arrested in 2015 for meth and cocaine!

Used deceptive sales practice to promote life insurance policies which proves to be a sham. Wrote a family trust, but never available to provide updates as promised. Stay clear from this man at all costs!

We have had the same problems, and the list grows, I think the Bar would be VERY interested in this person and his practices .
