Attorney Davis did three closings for me when I first moved up from NYC. For each one he charged me over a thousand dollars. I’ve now learned going rate in Central New York is $400-$600. He was sitting on escrow money when he represented someone else in buying my house. To my knowledge he’s still sitting in it.
