He is an extremely laid back attorney, not responding to anything and never offering advice. He basically waited for the property to close itself. It wasn't until I closed on a second property with a different lawyer that I realized what an attorney actually needs to do throughout the process. Even if he offers a low price, move on!

Jeffrey did my closing and was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about my Real Estate transaction. I highly recommend Jefferey and I will plan on using him again in the near future.
