"I had many sleepless nights before meeting with my attorney. Within minutes of explaining what was going in my divorce, I could tell that I was in great hands. I was asked thoughtful questions, and I knew I was being listened to when I answered. Every step of the process, she made sure I understood our options and choices, and that I agreed on our approach. She was amazing in court, and I was very happy with the result of my settlement. I spoke to quite a few lawyers, trying to find the right one. I felt comfortable from day one with Weinberger Law Group and am so happy I made the right decision."

"I really didn't know which divorce lawyer would be right for me. You don't realize that there are so many different 'types', but I am so happy I picked Weinberger law group. I needed someone who could see through my ex's BS and who could push for a great settlement: hard negotiation, but not a big battle in court. And I got the best in at Weinberger Law. No nonsense approach, a really savvy plan for the divorce, great communication, they did what they said they would do throughout, and now I have what I needed from my divorce. My kids and I didn't have to leave our home, they didn't lose their dad, and he and I are on decent terms because of the way my lawyer dealt with everything: fair and smart. Highly recommend!"

"When you have to fight for custody, you need a powerhouse. Thats exactly what I got at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. My lawyer fought hard to get me custody of my kids and to help protect them from the legal wrangling behind the scenes by getting an agreement up-front from my ex about how she would behave. Now the kids are happy as they get to live with both of us, and I get to be a stable figure in their lives. Thank you to the whole Weinberger team!"

"(27-Jun-17) The manager of the office called me back and did not appear to care about anything. I spent more than $1000 in May to just have them identify a parenting evaluator, for which they amazingly failed to provide a proper option. Given the size of the firm, it is very surprising to know that they have actually little experience with parenting evaluation at all. I ended up switching to another firm and things final got back on track. The other firm identified two excellent evaluators within 10 minutess of consultation. The last thing you need during a divorce is incompetent attorneys with bad attitude. So please consider staying away from Weinberger Law Group, which has little expertise and is certainly horribly managed. (4-May-17) I need to update this since I just called the number in the response today as instructed in your response to look for solutions. The lady answering the phone did not know what I was talking about. I left a message to the office manager in the Parsippany office. (Dec-16) I am editing the response here to confirm that I am a current client of Weinberger Law Group. Allison Holzman was the attorney I felt very frustrated with (ineffective and inefficient work, bad attitude) and I switched off from her. (Oct-16) I have been spending more than a year and around $15k on my divorce case with this firm. So far, I have not even been to ESP. They basically just want to please the attorney from the other side, and let them drag things along. My clear questions regarding the progress and next step got ignored so many times. I certainly regret my choice, which I have to stick with for now."

"Hold on to your wallet because all they do is try to steal your money for nothing. I had to handle the case myself after they left me without a dime"
