He won't return phones calls to my deceased mothers attorney so that my sisters and I can close my mom's estate. Mr. Snell is deliberately delaying the settlement between my mom's estate and her two greedy siblings (that HE represents, Barbara and Kevin ) that are all 1/3 owners of my deceased grandparents house while they allow my freeloading cousin to live there for free. He junks up the property with an excess amount of wood pallets and broke down vehicles. While they continue to store their hoord inside the garage and rooms with in the house. What kind of unethical man continues to force a family to continue to endure emotional grief with the continuation of dragging out an estate, just so thats the siblings don't have to buy out the 1/3 of the deceased siblings portion to her children, or sell the house? It's to easy, but yet, they'd rather continue to not buy my mom's 1/3 out, or sell the house, all because it's not convenient for them and in the mean time...the estate can't close, and so therefore, my sisters and I still get no closure either.
