Tried to explain to the lawyer what was going on with the POA (also an employee of this law firm) and how she was acting towards the beneficiaries. Unfortunately they did not listen. It resulted with this employee physically assaulting the beneficiary resulting in her getting a battery charge. Saddens me that this is how their employees behave.

Extremely helpful and willing to listen to someone who is not sure what they need. We need more attorneys and support people like them. Thanks to everyone, for a very pleasant experience.

Disappointed in staff. Don't recommend using their services.
