Talk about a bottom barrel lawyer, doesn’t know how to look you in the eye, barely can speak a fluent sentence, but yet demands a $1,000 retainer to discuss a $500,000 possible case for 5 minutes. Stay far away.... seriously.

I have known the attorneys at Vial Fotheringham in St. George for several years. They are very good at what they do. The managing Attorney, Bruce Jenkins, is a local treasure for the Utah State Bar. He is the foremost expert on HOA law in the state. He donates a significant amount of time drafting legislation in this area and is great to work with. If Bruce has a fault in his legal practice, it is working too hard. The staff and other attorneys are awesome.
