Nick and Elizabeth were great. They helped me get even more than they thought I was going to get because my son was so young. This could also be attributed to my sons mothers attorney being incompetent and childish. I had to call Nick in an emergency at like 730pm on a Friday and he called me back within 10 minutes and told me what I needed to do. They got me into mediation within a month and got me 50% parenting time and practically everything I asked for from the beginning. A friend of mine with a different lawyer started this process 2 months before me and her mediation isn’t until the end of next month. Very happy with this group and very happy with the results. If you’re a father with an… uncooperative…. Co-parent I don’t think there’s a better attorney to go with in Louisville.
I cannot give enough praise for Corey Shiffman. He was clear and quick in communication and made the process as easy as he possibly could for me. He kept me in the loop and explained everything, so I always felt in the know. I felt he went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Corey!
From beginning to end I had an AMAZING experience with Jenkins & Shiffman Family Law. Attorneys are very courteous and knowledgeable of family law and the adoption process. The attorneys keep you updated on your case and respond back to messages and any concerns in a timely matter. In working with Jenkins & Shiffman, I always felt like they had my best interest at heart. If I am ever in need of family law again, there’s no doubt that I would chose Jenkins & Shiffman Family Law.
Corey was very professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with when helping me and my ex-wife come to a resolution in our mediation! Highly recommended!
Corey Shiffman handled my mediation. He knew the other attorney as they have done business times in the past. He was extremely disrespectful to myself and my attorney. Just two of the many things. He was asking me to prove my answers, but not my soon to be ex. Mediation started at 9:30, we find out around noon or so that the other attorney had left at 11 for another mediation and my soon to be ex left at 1 to go to work. It took longer to write anything up and of course they weren't there to sign. Almost a month later and still nothing has happened from that mediation except them taking my money. If he knows you, your good. If not RUN!! and find someone who is fair.
