Benjamin is seriously the best lawyer out there. My ex is next to impossible to deal with, and his lawyer is as crooked as they come. Benjamin has made them look totally RIDICULOUS in court, proved my ex was lying under oath, and after 4 months of fighting, got my kids back for me. He cares so much. When we won the case, he was celebrating with us. He even gave us a hug, he did absolutely everything he possibly could, knowing how important my kids are in my life. I would HIGHLY recommend him if you want to win court cases. He’s the best.

My ex has been very difficult to deal with and she found herself a lawyer that will try any and every dirty trick in the book. Benjamin has probably dealt with this before because he has given professional counsel the whole time. He also knew what the outcomes would be after each trick we had to overcome. I have had other lawyers in the past that just seem to want to do the bare minimum and get paid. Benjamin is not like that and has gone above and beyond for me even when you know his workload must be daunting. A very personal touch to my case has given me confidence that he is passionate about his practice.

Paid a $3000 retainer fee. Never received a stament or anything describing charges only any kind. Very rarely returned calls. I asked him to do an otc and appeal. He never did it. Withdrew as my attorney took my money and ran. I do not recommend unless you want to be robbed

I found Benjamin Kearns to be readily available despite the caseload of work he must have. He took an interest in the difficulty we had with a salesperson who was trying to coerce us into signing an agreement . After calling the guy up up on the phone, the aggressive salesperson readily amended the agreement to a more favorable form for my wife and I. He solved an ongoing problem for us in hours after we had battled for days. Benjamin is an energetic and outstanding lawyer worthy of your first consideration.

Benjamin is amazing! We had to have a quick turnaround time with a Grandparent visitation case (I am the parent) and he was compassionate and helped calm my nerves.
