There are credible claims Judge Daniel B. Malone has been participating in a fraud scheme abusing his position as a probate judge to payout excessive fees to lawyers potentially in order to carry favor and influence resulting in starved beneficiaries whose assets he allows to be depleted under his supervision. Judge Malone is also accused of making racist remarks against Hispanics and intimidating those who raise his abuse of power. Judge Malone is dragging out litigation side stepping the ethics code calling for judicial efficiency. Judge Malone has allowed the assets of a trust to be depleted by millions of dollars despite the fact that trust instruments are suppose to avoid probate court and in any case are protected assets. If you come before Judge Malone beware you may also have your asset unlawfully depleted and become a victim of financial exploitation of the elderly.

Judge Malone was presented with evidence of fraud and did not take any action to stop the depletion of the Rotheimer estate unlawfully withheld from elderly uncontested beneficiaries. Judge Malone referred to me in a racist manner calling me Jasmine Hernandez at a hearing where he was considering my status as a party and didn’t even state my name properly. Judge Malone awarded a $160,000 fee petition to payout a dozen accountants all claiming to work on 1 estate. One of the accountants emailed Judge Malone about the fee petition admitting his firm already billed the estate for the accounting. It’s hard to build a savings to pass on and Judge Malone uses his position to give it away to people he’s been notified of committing fraud and he continues to pay out dozens of lawyers and withhold assets from rightful uncontested beneficiaries. There is no excuse for a 95 month estate case that pays out dozens of lawyers and accountants in violation of case law, the trust code, appellate decision, and the probate act and deplete the assets of the elderly and the disabled..

I had a great experience getting a passport for my son. The gentlemen that assisted us was friendly, helpful and efficient. He took the time to come into the hallway, greet each individual that was obtaining a passport, and talk through the paperwork with them. He let everyone know the order in which he would meet with us, and briefly explained the process. He seemed genuinely interested in meeting with everyone and helping with the passport process. Thank you!

Our appointment to get our baby his first passport was canceled by the USPS 30 minutes beforehand. I called here and I spoke to a very nice woman who simply told me to stop in anytime before 3pm CST to get him registered for his passport. She told me the copies we had to bring (drivers license (both front and back), original birth certificate and a copy), mentioned to have a checkbook ready for payments, confirmed both parents were going to attend, and asked us to bring in passport photos of our son). We did exactly what she said - "stop in to room 1202, counter 7A any time before 3pm" and it really was that easy. No lines at 11am CST and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you SO much to everyone that helped make this a super seamless experience while having our baby tag along. :o)

The absolute worst. I drove my family to Florida from Michigan. We stayed in Macon, GA after driving 16 hours and my kids are 1 and 3. We all didn't get more than 2 hours of sleep. It was a nightmare of a night. I was caught speeding early that next morning, and I was truthful about not looking down at my speed for awhile and didn't realize how fast I was going. My ticket was $530!!!! But that's not where I have a problem. The officer says you need to go to this website on the ticket (he circles it) and ask for a reduction of the fine since it will be a big one. I go to the site to ask for a reduction, and write a nice letter about how we like driving through Georgia on our way to Florida. I get an e-mail back 2 weeks later saying I now owe AN EXTRA $200 now a COMBINED $730. The woman at Cook County tells me they don't reduce fines so it was a miscommunication between me and the officer. No, it was a point blank understanding. This officer was straightforward about it and even circled it and said "a reduction for the fine". Now, because I listened to his advice I pay an extra $200 in "Court Costs". How ridiculous is this? On top of that, he wrote me for a 94 in a 70, and in section 2 of the ticket he classifies it for 26-35 mph over which is wrong - - - it's 24mph over (94-70). The woman on the phone tells me the classification doesn't determine the fine (okay? the ticket is still flawed). Either way, asking for a reduction will ONLY make costs go up. This is the lesson here, and also don't listen to any Cook County cops. Don't ask for a reduction, and don't listen to the cops there. Yes, I was in the wrong for speeding, but like my fellow friends that are cops here in Michigan, it happens! I admitted I was wrong for speeding, but was shown no leniency despite my record. Things are screwed up in Georgia with the outrageous costs by their government. We will be indeed flying next time, you won't get any of my tourist money this time. - From a hard working family in Michigan.
