We engaged DJ earlier this year and are extremely pleased with his and his team's responsiveness. We had a lot of questions about how best to set up a special needs trust. Like many special needs parents, we initially didn't have anyone to be our daughter's guardian. DJ helped us think through the different options. We now have someone in place who we believe will help take the best possible care of our daughter. DJ was very upfront that if we didn't pick someone, a court would, and we didn't want that for our daughter. I'm thankful for DJ's candor and patience as we put our plan into place. We had our third meeting with DJ last week. He set up our company for us and handled everything. We have worked with a few attorneys during in the last ten years or so, but no one has been more responsive to us than DJ. Reasonable prices and just a super nice guy with whom to work.

DJ Jeyaram did our estate plan and all the documents that that entailed. We had a very complicated estate with a special needs child, and, regrettably, the moving pieces kept changing. DJ was breathtakingly patient with us and all of the changes at our end. And he always responded to us within the hour. It took ages for our end to get our situation sorted enough to proceed, but once the moving pieces briefly stabilized, DJ had the documents finalized and ready. We signed everything that day and could not be more grateful. We had tried to get our plans handled with two other law firms that handle estates, but neither of those could manage what we had. We are so relieved to have this part of our lives wrapped up and ready to use when needed. We have known for ages we needed to have this done but just could not find anyone capable or patient enough to help us.

DJ was a delight to work with when we wanted to put together a will/trust for our children. He took the time to listen to our concerns, was very understanding and even brought up a new approach that we hadn’t considered, but later was an essential part of making sure our children are taken care of.
