My divorce from 8 years ago needed to change with the needs of our child in age! Going through my divorce years earlier was like walking through hell, and years later I realized that the attorneys at that time did a poor job representing the best interest of the child who has been directly impacted by those agreements. I retained Jill to help me navigate tons of unorganized history and she was right there with me every step of the way making sure I substantiated the best interest of my child. MOST IMPORTANT I highly recommend Jill! She's a hardworking attorney that listens and fights for what you are trying to accomplish. When we walked into the court matter it was agreed that we would do a pre-trial to see what the judge would recommend. Jill was passionate and she strongly presented facts that resulted in the judge understanding the true need for change in the 8-year-old parenting agreement to ensure that our child received their best interest moving forward. Independent of adult life choice/decisions being made. Its about the child not the adult. Jill is an expert in negotiations. She's is absolutely unwavering when she believes in the cause; I literally thought to myself as I listened to her voice get louder and rise behind walls……… she is fighting for me! Although I didn't hear what what being said behind closed doors I knew that she had a strong retort to every comment the defense whined about and she “is fighting” for this cause. She's honest and doesn't sugarcoat things. Which I love because time is money and results are worth it! She sets realistic expectations which helped guide my decision-making process. In a matter like this, the little details make a huge difference, and with an unbelievable amount of disorganized and unclear information - her attention to details helped me navigate the intricacies of the situation to support her claims on my behalf. I found Jill a poor quality attorney. My initial contact was positive, but after I paid my retainer fee, it became impossible to speak to her directly though I tried many times. She finally phoned back after over a month of my attempts. Communication with me was extremely poor and I found many of her behaviors unprofessional. This was all within the first two months. I would not recommend her as legal counsel.

JILL handled my divorce in 2010 as my second attorney She did everything in her power to seek out my rights as a father. On a second attempt with a new G.A.L. and a new judge I was awarded sole custody.
