Just started seeing this office recently, the staff is always courteous, welcoming and helpful, I haven’t had any problems with scheduling visits. And Dr Tyler is an absolute pleasure! She is bgeniuinrly kind and listens to all of my questions and concerns, explains everything thoroughly and doesn’t rush me. This is really important to me as I am a very anxious patient. I only wish that I had found her sooner!

Dr. Taylor is smart as a whip and great at patient education! She figured out my issue right away purely based on my medical history, my list of current medications, and a small handful of test results. She realized one of the ingredients in my daily medication was “a big no-no” for me and switched to me something cleaner. Sure enough, I became healthier.

So happy I found this place; after 2 other doctors told me I was not in menopause finnaly found Taylor Family Practice who confirmed I was in menopause and got me started right away on therapy and feeling so much better now. Every appt I go to is wonderful; Tyler and dr Taylor are amazing and have helped me so much

I’m giving this office a 1 star review. I just moved to the area. I was hoping to find a family doctor for my son and I. The first time I called I was put on hold, I can’t tell you how long as I lost track time of cleaning my house. The next 3 times I called I was placed on hold that lady didn’t even warn me she was putting me on hold I would just hear her click. She informed this office does not see anybody under the age of 12. So there was no point in all of this nonsense. Very dissatisfied at their client service. I would think they would have someone a little more friendly and eager at this office.

Truly, so disappointed. Dr. Taylor LITERALLY said that I DON’T need to exercise or EAT HEALTHY. First of all, what doctor promotes unhealthy habits? I then saw nurse Hund which also, beyond a waste of money. Any time he asked me what was wrong, I could only answer with half a sentence before dismissing any information I gave him about my health concerns. I asked him for help with excessive sweating and he told me that all testing options were too expensive and he would prescribe me “drysol”. Not even giving me the option to seek out other options and actually find out if something is wrong, since excessive sweating has severe underlying health causes. And to top it off, they didn’t even record ANY previous visits over the past three years. Complete waste of time and money. I think after cvoid, they complete gave up and just started collecting money from their patients visits. Also, the new receptionist is completely lazy, unresponsive, and not at all welcoming, helpful, skillful or amicable. Avoid this place at all costs, go somewhere where they care for their patients! If I could leave zero stars and 1,000 reviews to help steer people in a better direction, I could.
