The funeral home seems to be a great place to deal with. However, I would not order my flowers from the Tribute Store. I ordered flowers 2 1/2 days prior to the funeral. The Tribute Store sent me an EMAIL stating they would not be able to deliver the flowers I ordered in time for the funeral. I had to cancel the order and find another florist who could deliver in time. I do not recommend them for flowers, they are not customer focused.

I can't say enough about what a great job the staff at Heritage Funeral Home did for me during the entire process after my sister's passing. Their professionalism and follow through were outstanding in a time when I needed the help and support. Most times people do not have experience in all the planning, etc that is involved in this situation and Heritage made everything as easy as one could hope for. They followed up on everything that was discussed and the service could not have been better. On top of all that, the setting is so peaceful and beautiful it just adds to the whole experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Heritage and their staff when it comes time to choose a funeral home.

Nice place. Only complaint was that when i went up to the receptionists desk and stood there waiting, she was so into playing the card game solitaire (?) on her computer she was TOTALLY oblivious to me for several( 3+ easy) minutes. It was only until my niece and her husband walked up to the counter did she come out of her mesmerized state and acknowledge me standing there. And if you are wondering why I didn't speak up? I seriously wanted to see just exactly how long one could stand there and so TOTALLY be ignored when they are less than 2 feet away from a person. Wow

We used Heritage for my paternal grandparents' funerals in January 2010 and October 2013, respectively. We had Father Todd as our minister both times. He did a fantastic job describing their lives and he was a huge help during this tough time.

This place is great considering the business they're in.
