Since dealing with Jim Adler and associates beginning in September of 2018 Carol has honestly been the most dedicated about communicating and speaking with my husband and I. we have been connected through several ladies with our case who were very poor about responding and replying to our messages and concerns to a point that I felt like I was being a headache. I really appreciate that Carol offered an alternative way of communicating through text message that works well for her with her having a heavy case load and it allows for my husband and I to still be a priority.
