I have had the pleasure of working with Monica (and John) for several years now in ongoing cases. They have been exceptional all the way! Monica has been gentle and educational, always explaining any concerns or questions I expressed. John is sharp and more than competent in addressing court appearances and delinquent Respondents. Office staff is always friendly when I stop by to drop off documents and payments!

My daughter hired Mr Ernst for a personal injury claim. She has been trying to reach him for about two months now . Can someone please give us a real number to call where people will actually answer. She has left numerous voicemails and nothing at all from anyone !!

Horrible communication. Only used because the seller pushed for their inclusion, but would not use again.
