Joan Selby, Attorney At LAW

Nothing good to say about her. She cost me to lose a lot while waiting for her to do her job. NEVER returns phone calls and will ignore the Judge. SNEAKY I DON'T TRUST HER. UPDATE: I ended up losing everything of my parents. Seems she was advising my brother a little and his at the time girlfriend. Who he married only 2 months before he died, while health declining. I, his sister was not notified of his decline or hospital visits. It seemed my brother had trouble locating his phone. But yea, I was never consulted in anyway by her. I initally was Executor but was misinformed by the person who referred her. Said I needed to be bonded where later when saw will it states NO I did not have to be bonded. I don't even understand or see why it had to go through Probate. There was nothing in the way of selling assets. Mostly personal items. Which I told was to be seperate from house. That if anything happened toy brother it was mine. Everything that was my parents. So called wife says I can have some pics after she goes through them and she'll call. Been a year sincey brother died. Joan did nothing good for me. She did not even return my phone calls. Even though I paid half her fee. Its very heartbreaking that my whole family is gone and everything is lost to me. I would definately steer clear away from hiring her as an attorney
