I wish I had something better to say about this firm, but I don't. I never made it to speaking to Attorney Sauer personally and I won't - based on the "intake" individual working for her. Not only did she have zero interest in speaking with me, but she was rude for the entire phone call. I had simple questions that she would not even answer for me, which is outrageous. The simple questions I had were how the process works, what happens after I file myself, how do I get health insurance during the process, what are the attorney's fees, how long does the process take? I thought these were fair questions and this woman would not answer them. Attorney Sauer - did you go to law school to help people? Help yourself by finding a new employee. Not only did you lose business here, but someone who needed your help will not receive it now. You are doing more harm than good.

I have referred my clients to Diane for Social Security Disability Income matters for more than a decade. As a lawyer, it is crucial for me to make sure I send my clients to an attorney who is responsive, and has exemplary legal skills. I know this is the case with Diane All the clients I have sent Diane have been extremely happy with her representation.

Given how many people apply for disability due to mental reasons I really don't think it is a good idea to put hostile people on phone duty. She made me feel like I was bothering her like doing her job she is PAID to do was some sort of major inconvenience. Not Diane herself I'm sure it was some assistant. So yeah I'll be giving 25% of my first check to another lawyer thanks.
