I contacted Mr. D'Amico's office because my small business was forced closed because of Covid, and I couldn't reach anyone at unemployment for months. His assistant Katie (hope spelled correctly) was fantastic. She reached out to unemployment, which has been very confusing and impossible to reach by phone, and an agent contacted me. Katie also followed up to ensure that I was contacted. Nice to have a representative who helps his constituents.
