This law firm is great, but they dont practice traffic law no more. I'm heartbroken.

Left 2 voicemail messages a week apart and requested a call back from Mr. Davidson's office through their website. No one called back. Not professional in my opinion. If they could not represent my husband on his citation, someone should have at least called and stated that. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Very disappointed.

Don't use these people they will take your money and not do a thing.nAnna is the worst told me they don't call their customer's what kind of customer service is that?so if you want to get ripped off then these are the people for you.

I contacted this firm last week regarding 2 traffic citations that I received. The gentleman that answered the phone was very nice when assisting me through our call with my traffic citations. Then today while I'm at work I receive an email from another attorney's office stating that James Davidson Law Firm had referred me to him so I contacted James Davidson Law Firm. A much older sounding woman answered the phone this time and as I spoke with her she was very disrespectful with her tone. She had abruptly cut me off as I was asking her a question and giving her information regarding the email, when I had already spoken with a gentleman about my traffic citations and retaining their Law Firm to assist me with my traffic citations. If people cannot treat you with kindness and respect, as you do to them, I would advise you not to do business with this firm.
