My glass shower door needed some TLC. The sweep along the bottom needed replaced along with the gaskets on the hinges. Everyone I contacted wanted to sell me a new door. Thank goodness I got in touch with John. He told me the door could absolutely be fixed and at a reasonable price. Within 48 hours he had a professional crew at my house and the parts were replaced in about 45 minutes. And the door is like new. I would definitely recommend this business.

I called John about a glass door I needed installed for my bathtub and he came over on the same day and took measurements. He ordered the glass door and installed it quickly. He did an amazing job, I’ll be calling him for my basement bathroom when it is ready for a glass door! I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the exemplary services that Mr. Tallarida seems to have provided in the past have taken a significant nosedive, as demonstrated by his current work. While he appears to have been revered as a professional in his field, he now conducts himself as an poorly skilled amateur. In my inspection of previous reviews, I was hopeful that he would deliver on his promise to provide an excellent product; however, I ended up with a poor and lackluster outcome. However, what is most disappointing is Mr. Tallarida's inability to accept accountability and assume responsibility for correcting the problem. Instead, he provided performative excuses, refused phone calls, and eventually abandoned the project. I hope he does not extend this same discourteous attitude and lack of attentiveness to other clients. Patronizing his business as it currently is executed comes with significant risks, which I hope no one else has to incur.

Doing business with John is a nightmare. He took our $600 deposit, measured our glass door wrong, and wouldn't replace it or return our money after putting us off time and time again. We sued him and won, so he now has a judgement against him for $695, including court costs. Buyer beware!
