John Bales Attorneys

Worst experience ever! I was in a car accident in January 2020 the accident wasn't my fault so I was looking to have John Bales represent me. From the beginning it took forever for them to do anything and couldn't get my attorney to answer the phone or call me back, this went on for about a year and they appointed me another attorney, again a year goes by can't get them to call me back after leaving multiple messages. Finally i get a third attorney Jim Miles Jim was nice at first and told me sorry about everything and he was going to make sure he keeps me updated, nope same thing happened with this Jim guy i couldn't get him on the phone, another year has gone by and I've called 20+ times asking them to please call me because it's been over three years at this point and still haven't heard from my attorney and it is now March of 2023. There are alot of attorneys out there I highly recommend calling somebody else John Bales attorneys are trash do not waste your time with them!

My son (J.Anderson) was hit by a vehicle while walking. I wish I had read ALL of the reviews before recommending he call this firm. Here we are 7 years later. They have had the funds in trust for 1 year taken their payment off the top but claim to be still waiting for hospital bills but he only had an ER visit. He has had 3 or 4 different attorneys assigned. All of which claim to never be in the office. I guess they don't hire legal assistants to keep updates on the cases. He calls regularly to hear the same 3 lies. 1. New attorney assigned. 2. Attorney out of office. 3. Waiting to hear from hospital about bills. We are now looking into filing a complaint with the Florida Bar because this is ridiculous. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!

John Bales is a wonderful lawyer! He is out for your best interest, not just the money like other lawyers. He helped me with so many things in my custody case and would answer any little question I had. He genuinely cares for what the result of your case will be.
