The food & drinks were great, atmosphere of staff, including the seating at the bar, NOPE! DO NOT! Rude bartender, she was busy, it was Saturday, but as her Mom would say, there is no excuse for ugliness! After a 10 minute wait she finally acknowledged us and stated she was working the bar drink area only for the dining room waitstaff. A gentlemen bartender, offering some professionalism, but never smiled, finally took our order, it was only 6:00 P.M. The bill was $250 for the four of us, and he received a $80 tip but with no gratitude. That’s fine, not everyone can be from Texas! Professor Eve my Sister, would say you can teach a trade but you cannot teach kindness and friendliness, that’s genetics! We still had fun without any staff help.

I have been using your service for quite a time now for the maintenance of my car however, I am not pleased with your recent service. On April 7 2023 I recently dropped my BMW X5 BMW of Arlington Service Center for ERG gas exhaust recall. On Monday 4-10-2023 I called Arlington Service Center; management told me my car making noise and asked me they will diagnose the fix for $440 and $1800.00 to open the engine to check for the noise. I Strongly believed that the problem with my car during service and may be some of your employee mistake with humble I am requesting you please resolve my issue urgently Thank you Sincerely

Our Place Restaurant in Burleson, TX I have been eating at this restaurant for years, they have some of the best coffee. It has always been our go to place. But today changed my whole view of the owners. We had a business meeting yesterday and was in the restaurant for about 2 hours. Today we went just for breakfast, we were enjoying a cup of coffee when the owner Ryan came up and said we had to order food or leave. That we could not be here for 2 hours again. Please keep in mind that we ordered food for 4 people and paid. Plus a fairly decent tip for our waitress every time. I am very offended by the action and will no longer bless this business. We were even told that we should look into meeting at a coffee shop and not his restaurant.

Definitely serving the Heart of Texas!!!! First time using BBB and I can confidently say that they take care of business!! Prior to involving BBB,I was getting nowhere with my company dispute. The moment I filed a complaint with BBI my company reached out right away and provided me with a plan and they started reaching out with all updates! Today the billing issues I've tried to resolve since last year has finally been resolved within a month or less of involving BBB. Thank you so much BBB for being so helpful in this process.

There is a Dallas-Texas based insurance company trying thier best to stiff my father out of a refund. They keep sending these punk a@# documents repeating incorrect entries in attempt to continue sending premium bills. I got this Texas BBB on the case. Not only did they launch an inquiry; but when this racket insurance company QUICKLY moved its base of operations from Texas to New York; this company forwarded the investigation right to New York. I appreciate that incredibly. I won't reveal the name of the insurance agency. BJH one letter left and they are in Dallas.
