I would love to use the cliche “the best in town” from my experience. The truth of the matter is, I’ve only had one experience in the court of law. It was with Thomas Mooney as my attorney. I faced egregious allegations (charges) for a crime which I had not done. We consulted with other attorneys in the District Court process before being indicted. The process was not easy nor my concerns being conveyed the correct way. In search of new legal counsel, Thomas Mooney was highly recommended by several family members, acquaintances and friends. We knew nothing about defense attorneys, as I stated I had never had any legal issues. Although now, after the way my case was handled with integrity, validity, and thoroughness, I now refer to him as “The Man Always With A Plan.” We had our initial meeting, he was up front and honest that we had a fight ahead of us. Even so he could see the light at the end and never waiver in his confidence to defend me; nor his belief in me as his client. I went to court knowing the possible outcomes, but not the man representing me. Although I had my reservations I put my trust totally into him and his team. Which they dotted every “i” crossed every “t” and literally turned all stones on their heads. I mean if I had a concern he found the correct way to ease my mind. If he needed to make a call he checked with me and my family first. If the state wanted a concession of any kind he stood firm. To have a person fight for you because of money is one thing; but to have them fight for you as if you were an extension of their family is how I would describe his intent on being on the right side of every opposition we faced. He truly and dutifully cares for you; your Liberty, Freedom and Justice. He never leaves nothing to chance and if anything is questionable, better believe he’s questioning it. I could write an essay for the work he performed. But I will say this, we got a NOT GUILTY verdict on three counts. He always had away of walking me through the the valley. I’m forever grateful and appreciative of his service. I must say from here on out, if I need legal representation, I will call the one and only Thomas Christopher Mooney Esq.
