I've looked for a doctor over 4 years now to figure out why the back of my head is popping. I have been to numerous doctors and it is a different diagnosis every time. It's the same thing, send me out with pills and go get a ct scan. This experience was weird. After explaining what was going on with me, he folded his hands and asked me, 'What do you want me to do, I'm a brain surgeon." Yeah that's why I went lol it's the back of my head popping like a knee, and you can hear it if your in the same room with me! As he then went on to tell there's nothing he can do but give me pills, I turned to him and asked if we can rule any problems out. He then acted Snyde and told me he would order a ct scan on the head. That's awesome! Considering I've tried to get doctor after doctor to do this. One month goes by and no word on my results. I called repeatedly and left messages!! They completely ignored my calls!!! Who does that? After begging for my results on a constant! They would so much as pick up the phone and hang up!!! I would never recommend this doctor or facility! I would give it a zero rating if possible. That was the most unprofessional experience with a doctors office I've had yet! At least they finally called yesterday with my results. I don't trust them now and will be seeking a different doctor.
