There was one instance where some work was being performed on the house as a condition of the closing. It appeared that I needed to leave my job to come over and handle a question the workers had. It wasn't a great time for me to step away from work. I mentioned this to Paul's assistance and found out that Paul was already at the house, there to keep things moving along. We can’t thank enough to Paul and his team. We were out of towners, so our process was mostly remote. They provided detailed info about the neighborhoods, and helped us throughout this long process. They arranged virtual tours, and when we had a premove move trip, Paul himself took us all the houses we selected over a weekend.
