BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT! I have one pending probate case and have recently settled up w another service they provided in helping me save my mothers home from liens. I was referred to these guys by multiple attorneys when calling around to assist me in a probate case. Courtland has been there for me in helping me understand what I’ve been up against and helping me understand the best approach in filing my complaint. Although we’ve yet to go to trial and may hopefully avoid doing so, the defendants 2nd offer to settle has doubled. Additionally, Diane has worked very hard on helping me file the necessary paperwork so that my mother can transfer title of her home to me under a “child caregiver exemption” preventing DSHS from taking possession of the home due to liens after she suffered a stroke. They assisted me in understanding all the necessary paperwork I needed to provide showing I had provided care and as a result became a homeowner—something I thought I may never be. John, Courtland and Diane, thank you very much!!! I just want to say it again, BEST MONEY IVE EVER SPENT!

This law firm has handled a very complicated estate with ease. They were very clear on what to expect, and have followed through as promised. These issues are never easy but Mr. Shafer and his staff have made me feel protected. They were compassionate in a difficult time. Very professional and responsive firm. Joke of a lawyer. Surprised he made it as long as he has. He couldn't even come up with a credible argument; he act like he doesn't know how to listen either. Not very thorough at all. Hahaha. Laughable at best you silly little man.

Said my case would be a few phone calls. Three years and thousands of dollars and they don't have the decency to respond
