It's my second home. You never really feel that you're working for a company but working with company.

Although I am not currently employed by this company or an ex-employee, I recently participated in an interview there. The interview was supposed to take place between 6:30 and 7:00, but when I arrived, the other person said, "The person is busy; we will contact you when he will be free." I then received a message from my job consultant inviting me to the meeting and asking me to leave if they did not arrive within five minutes. Then the caller arrived, and I'm not sure why he was in such a rush. I must mention that it is very unprofessional because the hiring manager branded me a fraudster because I've previously worked for a technical support company. He lacked the manners to even attend the Ops Manager interview. I don't know much about the company, but I think they should train the interviewers because they represent the brand and presently they are pitiful.

This organization doesn't believe in employee work-life balance at all. Random meetings will be scheduled at any point of the day whether your shift time or sleep time doesn't matter and you will be asked to join them. Otherwise, they will scare you of salary deductions. Management from top to bottom completely fails to understand what is the basic requirement of an employee to feel motivated for his/her work. Employees working from home are considered 24*7 available slaves. Completely illogical process guidelines in the OB sales process as if they are just put in place to make as many as deductions possible from the employee's salary. The Ops manager doesn't know the use of business/corporate language and ethics. Only enforce the circulars given by the top order management either by scaring the people of salary deductions or losing their jobs.
