When I was searching for jobs on LinkedIn I came across many recruiters and job opportunities. However, all failed in trying to place me in a position to my liking. She then introduced me to Rob Harvie, who to me, was an instant go-getter. Rob initially sat down with me and wanted to know more beyond my resume, which no recruiter I have worked for in the past has ever done. Rob made sure to educate me with specific details on how to do well in an interview and made sure I was 100% ready by performing mock interviews and providing me with vital information that would eventually land me a job. Rob and Kayla were super nice while also maintaining a professional persona which left a very nice feeling that these were the people who were going to land me a job. Communication was amazing by Rob, he made sure to call before an interview and right after to make sure I was alright and that I retained all the information he gave me.
