Dugan & Associates were fantastic. From the start to the end I knew I could rely on them every step of the way. I was always informed and everything was explained. I got to work with a couple people through their company and I would recommend all of them. Even now that our case is over they still answer my questions I may have about anything.

I worked with martin for 5 years on my SSDI case. I have an extremely rare neurological breathing condition. Most people know this. But for those who have never heard of it, it is quite difficult. They literally collected 750 + Medical pages, a Stack almost as tall as me! They stood by me. Even though our Judge (Judge Kovac) turned out to be a total snarky, smug jerk who instead of using the medical records, letters & reports my doctor gave to determine his ruling ... instead inappropriately googled me, Which is WILD but I have proof of. Martin is a very sweet guy. Almost too polite & rule following. He doesn't like to stir the pot. I do wish he would have been a little more aggressive or stern with the judge. But it's not his fault the judge has political bias and asked me creepy inappropriate questions. I think if he would have said "look, you read the medical literature... !" & stood his ground or WENT THERE, the outcome may have been different. Because the medical evidence & other stuff was on our side. I do think the Judge & Martin too at times.. saw this quirky little artist girl... and assumed they didn't have to respect me as much or could get over on me. And that may have played a part as well I hate that I have to think I need to constantly fight or stand my ground to get the same level of respect. With my condition though, it takes a lot out of me. I am still fighting this case on my own now though. Because eventually Dugan & Associates gave up. But I don't blame them. We went in person & they denied us again. Granted I believe this fully has to do with political matters at this point. But at least for the fact that they took it on, stuck with me... & made it easy I am giving them 4 stars. I'm a Local Guide & thousands see my posts. I could go on. But I don't have time. However I wanted to be thorough & give a brief synopsis for anyone who is looking for a Social Security or Disability Attorney and or has a rare case.

I would recommend this lawfim. It was the best. Dealt with them for over three years . I have allot of praise for them.
