Attorney, John Lozano I was on probation for DUI. I did not complete the terms of my probation, and my probation was revoked. A warrant was issued and served. I needed a lawyer to appear with me on the motion to revoke my probation. My attorney would speak with the DA on court dates the DA would express misgivings on my failure and my inability to complete the terms of my probation. My attorney would extend the MTR plea date, allowing me time to complete the classes that I still needed to finish. Once I completed the classes, I received letter of completion and certificate.
